No. eMagazines available through Flipster can be accessed with nearly any computer, laptop, or mobile device connected to the Internet (some devices such as eReaders have very basic browsers which wouldn't be able to display the content, but you should be able to access Flipster on nearly anything which lets you install apps).
An app is available for Android tablets (v. 4.2 & up) and iPad for offline reading.
Please note that some magazines are only available within the app for a few days, but they can be redownloaded.
