Alachua County Library District offers scanning of documents to a flash drive and/or email at all its branches. Scanning to email or USB drive is free, though making paper copies is not (paper copies are 10c/page for black and white, or $1/page for color).
Copy shops in the area will also often have scanners available, though it's best to call first to make sure and to find out rates.
