Q. How do I change the pick-up location for a hold?

As long as your hold is not yet ready for pick-up, you may change the pick-up location yourself by logging in to your account. To login, you will need your 14-digit library card number and your PIN/password. Your PIN/password is automatically set to be the four-digit year you were born (ex. 1975).

• Login to My Account on the Library's website
• Select "Hold Requests" from the menu
• Select one or more items by clicking the checkbox next to the item
• Scroll down and click "Change Pickup Location"
• Select the desired library location from the drop-down menu next to "New Pickup Location"
• Click "Submit"

If you need assistance changing your pick-up location, you may contact the Circulation Department by phone at 352-334-3950 and a staff member will assist you. 

If your hold request is ready for pick-up, please contact the location where the hold is currently located to request it be sent to another location.
