Our system has a limit of 100 total items on hold, per account, at one time. This includes requests in Active, Inactive, Pending, Shipped, or Held statuses. Learn more about hold request statuses. Some material types have smaller limits of requests that can be placed at one time. For example, you may have up to 25 hold requests for DVDs and only one (1) hold request for a WiFi2Go hotspot at a time.
