OverDrive has many books which can be read on your computer, tablet, or smartphone browser or in the Libby app by OverDrive for Apple (iOS) and Android devices, which can also be downloaded. OverDrive eBooks may also be sent to eReaders such as Nooks and Kindle (along with Kindle apps).
