The library Adult Literacy Program trains volunteers to provide basic reading help for adults who are non-readers or who struggle with reading. Contact the Literacy Coordinator directly at (352) 334-3929 to learn more about our program. All calls are confidential and voice mail is only checked by the Coordinator. Private one-on-one and small group instruction is offered at most of our branches. Visit our Literacy page for details and for a directory of other education programs for both adults and youth in our community.
