Most Interlibrary Loan (ILL) materials can be picked up at your preferred library location, similar to hold requests in our system. Some ILL materials are only permitted to be accessed within the library and cannot be checked out. You will be notified via e-mail or phone when your request is available for pick-up or in-library use.

Requests for articles via ILL will typically be filled through email. Once the ILL Department receives the article you have requested, they will deliver the article to you via email. If you do not have access to email, the article will be printed and sent to your preferred library location for pick-up. You will be notified via phone when the article is ready to be picked up.

Requests for Microfilm can only be filled at the Headquarters Library where our microform reader machines are located. Microfilm is an in-library use only material and cannot leave the library building or be checked out. You will be notified via e-mail or phone when your request is ready for viewing.
