The wait time for an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request depends on the availability of the material at another library, the time it takes to process the request, and the amount of time it takes to ship and deliver the material to our library. The Interlibrary Loan Department operates Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Mailroom deliveries are received Monday through Friday.
