Your ILLiad username is your library card number (do not enter spaces). Your password, or PIN, will be either the last four digits of your library card number or your four digit birth year unless you have changed it. If you have changed and cannot remember the password, please contact the Interlibrary Loan Office at (352) 334-3938 or to reset your password. If you replace your card, you must register for a new ILLiad account. Outstanding requests on your old ILLiad account automatically will be merged into your new ILLiad account.

  1. Why not arrange the ILL application so that long-time ACLD users can simply transfer card number, PIN, etc. ?? [rather than running it all over again?] Thanks!

  2. ILLs use a separate catalog system from our library's catalog system and there is currently no way to link both applications automatically, but we're always looking out for this option, should it become available.
