Login to your account in the catalog.  Click the "Hold Requests" link in the left-hand column to view your holds.

Place a check mark next to any item you wish to suspend/reactive, then click the "Suspend/Reactivate Selected" button.  Enter the required dates (if you don't have a date you want your holds reactivated on, just put in the date one year from now)
