The default password on new cards is your four-digit birth year.

To change your password,

  • Log in to your account.
  • The My Record screen will display. Click on the Change Logon link.
  • You can change both your username and password from this screen.

If you've changed your password and can't remember what you've changed it to, the Forgot your password? link on the Log On screen of the catalog can help you regain access to your account if you have an email address on file in the system.

  1. Hello, the link on "My Account" says "PIN and Passwords." When I clicked on that link it takes me to this page. It took a couple of minutes to figure out that PIN and Password were synonymous on this page. It could be more clear by just mentioning "PIN" somewhere on the page or eliminate it completely. Generally, PINs are four-digit numbers and passwords are strings of alphanumeric and/or special characters. Thank you!
