Q. How can I pay for bills on my library account?

Bills on your library account can be paid in-person, online, or by mail. Contact the Circulation Department by phone at 352-334-3950 to discuss account charges or for assistance making payments.

In-Person

• At any library location
• Cash, check, or money order only
• Receipt will be given to you by library staff

Online

• Credit card
• Login to My Account and select Fines & Fees
• Instructions for how to pay your library bills online
• $5 minimum to pay bills online
• Keep a record of your payment as a receipt

By Mail

• Check or money order only
• Mail to: Circulation Department, Headquarters Library, 401 E University Ave, Gainesville, FL 32601

Refunds may be requested within 90-days of paying for a lost item, only if you are able to return the item in good condition and have your receipt.
