Q. Can I use Libby or OverDrive eBooks with my Amazon Kindle?

Libby and OverDrive have most eBooks available in Kindle format for checkout with your library card (in addition to browser and ePub format options). You can borrow Kindle format books through the Libby app, Libby website, or OverDrive website.

If you have a Amazon Kindle Fire tablet, you can install the free Libby app on your Fire tablet from the Amazon store. Note that black and white Kindle eReaders will need to be checked out through a computer browser, smartphone, or tablet first before delivering to Kindle eReader.
