Yes.  Standard library cards remain free for all Florida residents, including students.  Student Library Cards were issued to all students enrolled with the Alachua County School Board beginning with the 2018-2019 school year, unless they opted out of the program, regardless of whether they already had a standard library card already or not.  The Student Library Card does not replace the standard library card, but it is more limited than the standard library card.
