We understand that due to repeated use, some of our DVDs, music CDs, and books on CD may have scratched discs that no longer play or work properly. If you experience this with an item you have checked out, please let a library staff member know when you return the item. Staff will send the disc to be repaired via a resurfacing machine or the Library will most likely be able to reorder the title if it is not able to be repaired. If you would like to obtain a different copy of the same title, please let staff know and they will place a hold for the item on your account, if it is available. We appreciate patrons reporting damaged discs, so that we can attempt to repair them for future use.
