No.  Florida residents ages 18 and older who wish to get a library card must apply in person at any ACLD location or bookmobile stop

Adults need to present acceptable forms of identification.

Minors (ages 4-17) must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian as the Responsible Party. 

ACLD library cards are free to any resident of the state of Florida.
